Edinburgh’s most recent Michelin starred restaurant that we visited on my daughter’s birthday.

Fixed price menu (£43) – canapes were wonderful (blue cheese choux pastry, foie gras and pork roll) as was the amuse bouche (artichoke foam). My starter was tian of crab which was excellent but the parmesan and truffle souffle was outstanding. Main course – roast monkfish was very good and banana souffle for pudding was remarkable. With an Australian riesling and a New Zealand SB, we were about £60 each. Highly recommended.
