Recommended as one of the most authentic Chinese restaurants in Scotland and 4 of us went for Sunday Dim Sum. We were with an expert so we let him do the ordering and almost everything was excellent. My contribution was to suggest ordering ‘Five Spice Beef Belly’. This was tripe which wasn’t as bad as I remembered it but which really wasn’t great. Particularly enjoyed the crispy fried squid and the salted duck eggs with pork chops.
